Chapter 01 - becoming

Our Story

A brand about becoming, started before we'd become anything.

The middle part

Everyone else seems to have a plan.

You scroll, and it's arrivals - the job, the move, the relationship, the body, the launch. What you never see is the two years before any of that, when the person had no idea if it would work.

We wanted to make something for that part. Not a pep talk. Not another voice telling you how to live. A brand that admits, on the record, that it doesn't have it figured out either - and that this is normal, and maybe even the good bit.

What we walked away from

Not another fix-you hoodie.

You're enough. You're loved.

Soft slogans. Soft promises. Mental-health merch that felt like being diagnosed and cured before anyone asked what you were actually carrying.

We didn't want clothing that fixed you. We wanted clothing that told the truth about the middle - without turning you into a patient.

Then the idea flipped

I'm in progress. An identity check - not a cure.

"In Progress" isn't a goal we're selling. It's the most honest thing we could write on a piece of clothing.

The wearer is the main character. Not a diagnosis. Not a campaign. Someone in the middle - using what they wear to spread awareness, not to fix other people.

How it moves

From idea to impact.

Design. Make. Pack. Deliver. Connection. Quiet, in that order - the same way a chapter gets written.

  1. Design

Sketch to type. Heavy blanks. A line inside the hood you only read when you put it on.

  2. Make

Thirteen ounces. Garment-dyed. Built for the middle part - not for a finish line.

  3. Pack

Boxed with intention. Small drops. We don't restock - we'd rather be honest than endless.

  4. Deliver

From our hands to yours. Clothing is the first expression, not the whole idea.

  5. Impact

Someone recognizes themselves. Quiet kindness. Same. That is the whole point.

Still being written

Clothing first. The rest, carefully.

So we made a hoodie, a pair of sweatpants and a tee. Heavy, plain, mostly in one color. We release in chapters. We'd rather be small and honest than big and generic.

The conversations, the Human Log, the people - those are coming, in the order we can actually build them well. If you're wearing this, you're not a customer of a brand. You're part of a project that's still being written, same as you.
